Do you want your brat cooked or smoked?

I found out why kids in Japan are so well behaved. This is what they do with the ones that are misbehaving... beware all you brats! They're gonna get you!

You want some of Papa's Juice?

This is an actual juice shop..The name is Papa's Juice, Mama's Juice... I am not sure I want to try this though! *lol*

The small text, under the "Papa" reads: "The fresh & delicious juice from papa and mama is sent to you." ....

How to use a toilet!!

Just in case you were wondering HOW to use a toilet, please refer to the pictogram below!

And if you somehow should forget, what to do with the toilet paper, after use, please refer to this instruction below!

I took a picture of these "how to use the toilet" instructional pictogrammes, at two different bathrooms, on my way to Osaka. These were highway "pitstop" bathrooms.

I guess a simple thing like using the toilet, can be very complicated in some parts of the world. It is written in Chinese and Korean... Makes you wonder how the Chinese and Koreans normally use a toilet?!

It gets on the WHAT??

A t-shirt I found in a store that had..almost anything...
But what the ???

Attention!!

For some reason, this sign is freaking me out!!

Hakone signs

At Hakone, I found these two rather nice signs...

That thing about japanese sweets..

Japanese candy speaks for itself...or at least the designers try in every way to attrack attention from the potential buyers...
Though sometimes, it's unintentionally funny...

Take these 3 types of candy for example:

bread with germs...

This place has advanced payment!! ...
What style is that, exactly?
and here I thought that the source for lemons was a lemon tree...but apparently I was mistaken...
it's important to eat plenty of germs!...

We're so sensitive...

These two deities where delicately made out of papier-mâché ..and obviously they didn't want people to touch them, so they wrote this on a sign..

oh don't be so sensitive...

Open flames can be dangerous in the forrest...

Remember to close your flames when you enter this area!!

Please do it again...

I suppose this poster wants you to do it again?`
I am guessing, the meaning of this, is something like, you shouldn't cut in line, and reconsider your actions. This poster can be found on some train stations in Tokyo.

Do you get enough sympathy from your toiletpaper?

Apparently this toilet paper offers you both reason and sympathy.
Well, what more can you ask?....

From a Karaoke place, near my dorm.

No Sumo king...??

One of the first days at my new school, there was a welcoming party at the boys' dorm. I came across this homemade sign...
Wow..that's nice spelling...

Entrance Danger!!

I guess they're telling you not to enter the tracks...but seriously..who would?

Engrish

I guess this blog has turned into more of an "Engrish" type blog..whenever I see something weird japanese english, I post the pictures here..
and I realise I haven't posted much lately..
The reason as to why I haven't been blogging my ass off about my life in Japan at all, is because I just haven't had the necessary energy at the end of the day, to write at all...every day has been extremely exhausting to me.
But now it is time to post all the funny engrish that I found on my way around Japan!
Enjoy.
