I Nexø stødte vi på et godt gammeldags røgeri... Det er traditionelt bornholmsk. Og vi skal have en røget sild. ^_^ Og en røget makrel og røgede rejer ^^;;

There is nothing more central to Danish cuisine than fish, and smoked fish are a particular speciality on Bornholm. This is an old traditional Smokehouse in Nexø.
We took to dining here a couple of days. The fish was very tasty!!
Especially smoked Macrel! The smoked shrimps where surprisingly good too.
